A Tracking Number will be assigned to each package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also click on the tracking page located in the navigation menu with the 3 lines at top right.
We want you to know that we'll send you an email update as soon as your order is ready. Rest assured, we're closely monitoring all orders and are eager to get yours to you as quickly as possible as our priority. Your glasses will be created in a multistep process which may take 1-2 weeks. Once complete we will send you a notification or update your tracking code from which you can expect your glasses delivered.
As soon as your glasses are created we will update your tracking number.

Yes, simply upload or manually type in your prescription after adding you chosen glasses to cart. A seperate lens item wil be added which will be your prescription seperate from the frames you choose.
