Return Policy
Ordinary Products Return Policy
Effective Date: September 8, 2024
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most products. Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, with all original packaging and tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service via email at info@ordinaryproducts.net to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the best method is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products marked as "final sale."
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items that are damaged through customer misuse, are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
8. Warranty Returns
For products under warranty:
- Please contact us directly for warranty service or replacement. Warranty terms will vary by product and are detailed in the product documentation.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has not yet been shipped, you might still cancel but could be subject to a cancellation fee.
