- Unused and Unopened: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service via email at info@ordinaryproducts.net to initiate the refund process. Please provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the refund request.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): You will receive an RMA number which must be included with your return.
4. Processing Refunds
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the refund criteria.
- Notification: You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund after the inspection process.
- Timing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account can vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Exceptions to Refund Policy
- Non-refundable Items: Products marked as "final sale," custom orders, or any items explicitly stated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital downloads or services once access has been granted or the service has commenced, unless otherwise specified.

- Partial Use: If an item has been partially used or packaging has been opened, a partial refund might be issued at our discretion, less any restocking fees or charges for usage.
7. Shipping Costs

- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- If you wish to exchange an item for another, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and making a new purchase for the desired item.
